FAMOBRA GMBH, CALGROS GMBH AND DANGAARD ISENKRAM GMBH WILL MERGE

We are writing to you to inform you about the upcoming merger of three companies within the Fleggaard Group, namely Famobra GmbH, Calgros GmbH and Dangaard Isenkram GmbH into one company called Famobra GmbH. This has only minor influence on your daily business with us, therefore we kindly ask you to update our company information.
New company information – same bank accounts.
Nowadays we are aware that is not an easy task changing company information. Unfortunately, too many scammers are around trying fake their way to easy money. Nevertheless, we need you to update your systems with our new company information. We manage to keep THE SAME BANK ACCOUNTS, so there are no changes in the way you pay to Famobra GmbH and the bank accounts for Calgros GmbH can also still be used.
What does this mean for you as a partner?
- If you are doing business with Famobra GmbH today, you must update the VAT and HRB No.
The new VAT number is VAT: DE253869015, and the HRB number is HRB 6398 FL. - If you are doing business with Calgros GmbH, you will in the future be doing business with Famobra GmbH.
What is happening to Calgros?
Calgros remains as a concept and brand within the Famobra Group and will continue to supply locally in Denmark and Germany. The Calgros webshop will stay the same, the only change is that you will get the invoice from Famobra GmbH. We call it Calgros – Part of Famobra Group.

Additional background information
As you may know Calgros GmbH was owned by the German retail chain EDEKA until 2013, where the Danish family owned conglomerate Fleggaard Group acquired the company. Legally the acquisition was made by the internal company Dangaard Isenkram GmbH.
Calgros was at that time mainly supplying the border trade between Denmark and Germany as a wholesaler. Over time Calgros started developing more and more global sales activities and in 2017 we decided to demerge the company into Calgros GmbH and Famobra GmbH to keep full strategic focus on both business areas. Both companies have had a good and healthy development, growing into important players on the global FMCG market.
Now it’s time to simplify the way of doing business with us and capture synergies, as we are going to merge the three companies Famobra GmbH, Calgros GmbH and Dangaard Isenkram GmbH into one company called Famobra GmbH. This will now be integrated directly under Famobra A/S.
